50/50 Raffle Rules and Regulations
The Prize: The Raffle Prize will be 50% of the gross revenue from all tickets sold.
Tickets: All ticket sales are final. All tickets purchased and entered in the draw cannot be refunded, including if ticket purchasers made an error in selecting the number of tickets they desire to purchase. Exceptions to the refund policy will only be made in situations involving technical errors.

The Manitoba Junior Baseball League 50/50 Draw: Tickets will be available for purchase starting sales at 10:00 AM CST on April 28, 2025 with sales ending on June 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. The final draw will take place at 11:00 AM CST on June 18, 2025.
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and located within Manitoba's provincial borders at the time of purchase. Tickets are not transferable.
The individuals that are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 raffle are the Manitoba Junior Baseball League President, and the 5 Baseball Manitoba full-time office staff, including Executive Director, Operations Manager (2), Program Director and Media and Communications Coordinator.

The Manitoba Junior Baseball League 50/50 Raffle rules will be posted at https://www.manitobajrbaseball.ca/content/2025-MJBL-50-50-Raffle.
A single ticket number will be randomly selected by a Random Number Generator organized by Funding Change from all tickets sold during the raffle timeframe. In the case of a discrepancy between the posted number and the actual number selected through Random Number Generation, the actual number selected through Random Number Generation will be considered the valid winning number.
In the event of a technical difficulty, the draw may be delayed. If this is the case, purchasers should retain their ticket and the winner will be posted on https://www.manitobajrbaseball.ca/content/2025-MJBL-50-50-Raffle.
4.Winner Notification: The winning numbers and prize amounts will be posted following the completion of the draws on https://www.manitobajrbaseball.ca/content/2025-MJBL-50-50-Raffle. The winners will be notified by email from a Manitoba Junior Baseball League member within three business days. The holder of the winning ticket must claim their prize by forwarding their purchase e-mail to baseball.operations@sportmanitoba.ca along with a copy of their government-issued photo identification and address. By claiming the prize, the winner gives Manitoba Junior Baseball League the right to publish the winner’s name and prize amount. Names are publicized to protect the integrity of the 50/50 raffle as it verifies that prizes are won. The prize claimant will be required to sign a Declaration and Release ("Release") which must be executed and returned to the Manitoba Junior Baseball League no later than five (5) business days after the receipt of the Release. The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. The prize shall be paid by cheque from the Manitoba Junior Baseball League within thirty (30) days of the winner being confirmed and receipt of the signed Release. The cheque will be mailed to the winner with the customer details provided at the time of purchase. All Prizes not claimed on or before the Prize Claim Expiry Date (4:00 PM CST, ten business days from the Raffle date), will be redrawn until the prize is claimed.
If the integrity of the raffle is compromised in any way, the Manitoba Junior Baseball League will notify the LGCA and consult the LGCA on how to best move forward.
